Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

cosmicchaos.eu is operated by COSMIC CHAOS CREATIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16814920, with registered office at 29-35 Forester Building, St. Nicholas Place Leicester LE1 4LD.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on cosmicchaos.eu. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them, together with our Shipping & Returns and Privacy Policy.

3. Products

• Collection — existing Signs, available as Digital Kit and as printed products (Fine Art Print, Notebook, Mug).
• Your Sign — a personal Sign created individually from the intention you share, delivered digitally, with optional printed products.
• Gift a Sign — a gift card with a personal code for a Your Sign and, if chosen, its printed product.

Photos are illustrative: colours may vary slightly from screen to print, and every personal Sign is unique.

4. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in euros and include shipping. Your order is confirmed when payment is received and you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product can't be supplied.

5. Your Sign

Your Sign is created from the words you provide. Please don't include sensitive personal information you don't wish to share. Each Sign is created once and delivered as it is; revisions are not included. Delivery time is an estimate (usually 5–7 working days).

6. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping & Returns page. Import taxes, where applicable, are paid by the recipient.

7. Right to cancel

Personalised products and products made to your specifications cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started. Digital content cannot be cancelled once the download has started or the Sign has been delivered: by completing your order, you agree to its immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel. This does not affect your rights if a product is damaged or defective.

8. Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase, can be used once, only for the product they were bought for, and can't be exchanged for cash.

9. Intellectual property and use

All Signs, artworks, texts and images on this site remain the property of CosmicChaos. When you buy a Sign or a Digital Kit, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for private, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires a separate agreement — see Corporate Codes.

10. Nature of the Signs

Signs are artistic and symbolic works. They are not medical, psychological or professional advice, and no specific result is promised.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country. For any question or complaint, write to love@cosmicchaos.eu.
