Shipping Policy

All our products are printed on demand. Production and processing take approximately 2–5 business days, after which items are shipped directly to your door. Shipping times vary between 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily provide a replacement or a full refund.

• Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

• How to start a return: Email us at love@cosmicchaos.eu with your order number and clear photos of the defect or issue.

• Customized Items: Because custom sigils (Option 1) are made to order, returns based on change of mind are not eligible, but defective or damaged items are 100% covered.
