Digital products
Digital Kit — available to download immediately after payment. The links also arrive by email and stay available in your account.
Your Sign — created individually from your intention and delivered by email, usually within 5–7 working days, together with its Sign Genesis Sheet and Digital Kit.
Gift a Sign — the printable gift card is sent by email within 24 hours of your order.
Printed products
Fine Art Prints, Notebooks and Mugs are printed on demand, just for you, by my printing partner in the lab closest to your address.
- Production: usually 2–5 working days. For Your Sign, production starts once your Sign is ready.
- Delivery: usually 3–7 working days after production, depending on your location.
- Shipping is free, worldwide. You receive the tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the lab.
- Customs: most orders are produced in the lab closest to you. In some cases, local import taxes may apply on delivery and are paid by the recipient.
Returns & refunds
Personalised products — Your Sign, and every product carrying a Sign created for you, is made only for you. For this reason it cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind.
Digital products — once a download has started or a Sign has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, as digital content is supplied immediately.
Gift cards — a gift card is valid for 12 months and can't be exchanged for cash.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, I'll send you a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Write to me within 14 days of delivery at love@cosmicchaos.eu, with your order number and clear photos of the problem. You don't need to send the item back unless I ask you to.
